Marsha Gerlach, GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Acquisition and Engagement at Trivium Life Services, a role held since March 2019, where responsibility includes leading talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Marsha was the Vice President of Human Resources at EyeCare Specialties from March 2014 to March 2019, overseeing all HR functions including leadership development, recruitment, and employee relations while designing programs that reflected the company culture. Earlier experience as an HR Business Partner at Kenexa, an IBM company, from January 2001 to April 2013 involved developing strategic HR plans aligned with business goals and providing expertise in human resource management. Marsha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University.
