Ryley Anderson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in M&A integration and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Director of Value Creation at Trivest Partners since January 2024, Ryley focuses on enhancing value capture during the M&A integration process. Previously, Ryley held the position of Sr Director at AccentCare, Inc., managing financial functions during periods of inorganic growth and integration. Ryley's career began at Accenture, where responsibilities included overseeing finance workstreams in post-merger integrations and participating in corporate finance initiatives. Ryley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University, earned in 2012.
