Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020, Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
