Nimisha Golchha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2004, they started their career as a Senior Research Associate at S&P Global, specifically working in the M&A team. Nimisha then transitioned to Zylog Systems India Ltd in 2008, where they held the role of Sr. Manager-Digital Marketing, leading a team responsible for lead generation across the company's global website. In 2013, they joined Precision Technologies Corp., initially as a Sr. Manager- Talent Management, and later transitioning to the role of Director. In this position, they were responsible for identifying top-quality tech candidates and managing their entire lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiation. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CEO & Cofounder of Triunity Software, Inc. Overall, Nimisha has showcased their expertise in talent management, digital marketing, and research analysis throughout their career.

Nimisha Golchha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Delhi University between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in May 2020.
