Colm Hayden has diverse work experience starting from being a Ride Operator at Six Flags in 2017. Colm then co-founded StratLaunch in 2018 and later served as a Business Development Intern at Diginex, where they gained experience in blockchain industry research, product management assistance, and selling HPC Data Center services. In 2019, Colm founded Cadoo and currently holds the position of Head of Growth at Triumph, starting in 2023.

Colm Hayden attended El Cerrito High School from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they enrolled in the Discover Praxis Apprenticeship Program in 2018 and completed it in 2019.
