Rick Hollman is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate professional, currently serving as the Owner of The Seven Deuce Ranch, LLC since November 2021. As a Member of the Board of Directors at Triumph Foundation since February 2014, Rick contributes to the organization's leadership. Rick also holds the position of Managing Member at Zero Vacancy LLC, overseeing a successful real estate partnership focused on the acquisition and renovation of an industrial park in North Hollywood, which yielded a substantial return for investors. Additionally, Rick serves as Co-Managing Member at HG 178th Street LP, which owns a significant industrial building in Gardena. Rick's career began in July 1995 with The Hollman Company, where Rick has been the President, further solidifying a strong background in real estate management and development.
