Emily Arkfeld is currently the Director of Research, Innovation, and Technical Services at Triumph Foods, L.L.C. Emily previously served as the Director of Meat Science at the same company. Emily has a strong background in animal sciences, earning a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to their current role, Emily gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Iowa State University, as well as holding positions as a Swine Farm Employee, Meat Lab Student Employee, Research and Development Intern at Cargill, and Science and Technology Intern at the National Pork Board.
