Previously, Glen held senior engineering and architectural roles at Island Health, The University of British Columbia, and Oracle, contributing to significant projects, including eBook processing technology and healthcare data systems. Glen is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect and possesses advanced degrees in Computer Science and a background in Biology from the University of Victoria.
