Scott Strand has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career as a Software Developer in 1985, where they were responsible for all aspects of the software development cycle across different languages and industries. In 1991, they transitioned to the role of a Captain in the Professional Yacht Crew, where they successfully crewed and captained various high-profile yachts and completed multiple trans-oceanic crossings and circumnavigations. In 1997, Scott became the President of Great Circle Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for building a company that consistently grew for over 15 years and introduced new concepts within the marketplace. Currently, Scott is the Director of Triton Technical, a company formed through the merger of Great Circle Systems and Triton Technical. This merger allows Scott to offer a complete range of technology and related services to clients, supported by Triton's award-winning personal support.
Scott Strand attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1990 to 1991, where they studied Business Administration and Management, although they did not receive a degree during that time. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with a focus on BBA/BFA.
