Anne-Maria Salmela currently serves as Chief of Staff at Triton Liquid Fund, a digital asset hedge fund, while also fulfilling the role of Venture Partner at EWOR, where investments are made in mission-driven founders. As Founder and President of Violet Ventures, Anne-Maria built the largest youth startup community in the UAE. Previous experience includes roles such as Investment Associate at Antler, Catalyst Scout at On Deck, and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Notably, Anne-Maria co-organized the UAE Slush'D event, enhancing the region's tech ecosystem. Educational background includes studies at NYU Stern School of Business and New York University Abu Dhabi.
