Colin Godfrey is the Chief Executive Officer of Tritax Big Box Reit Plc since December 2013, and has served as CEO of Fund Management at Tritax Group since July 2004, where the firm manages over £5 billion in funds for a diverse range of investors. Prior to these roles, Colin co-founded SG Commercial LLP in 2000, serving as a Partner until 2004, and worked as a Fund Manager at Weatherall Green & Smith from 1995 to 2000, managing significant commercial property assets. Colin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University.
