Luz Iriarte has worked at several companies in different roles. Luz started as an Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in May 2019 and worked there until May 2021. During their time there, they focused on improving processes and driving the team's transition to Agile methodology. Luz also received the Star of the Month award for delivering high-quality risk mitigation and defect prevention plans.

In 2021, Luz joined Keyrus as a Product Owner. In this role, they were responsible for client interaction, receiving new requirements, and providing consultancy for software-based solutions. Luz played a key role in defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), documenting user stories, managing the backlog, and prioritizing sprints in Jira. Their experience at Keyrus included working on e-commerce and telecommunications projects. Luz worked at Keyrus until July 2022.

Currently, Luz is a Business Analyst at Tritan Software, a position they started in July 2022.

Luz Iriarte has a diverse education history. Starting in 2015, they attended Universidad de Ibagué where they pursued a degree in "Formación Profesional de Grado Superior" with a field of study in "Negocios internacionales" (international business). Luz continued their studies at the same university from 2016 to 2020, focusing on "Finanzas, general" (general finance).

In 2021, Luz enrolled in Coursera to further develop their skills in the field of user experience (UX) design. Luz completed a course titled "Google - Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design."
