Tim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, and is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He has successfully won cases against large corporations, trucking companies, construction companies, hospitals, and doctors for their harmful negligence. Tim has represented victims of trucking accidents, auto accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases across the country, winning jury verdicts and settlements in over 10 counties across four states.

Tim has been recognized as one ofthe Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois by the National Trial Lawyers Association since 2008. In 2015, he was named a Leading Lawyer for Personal Injury Law, an honor earned by fewer than 5% of attorneys in Illinois. Tim has previously been named by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under Age 40 in Illinois.

Due to his skills and success in handling trucking cases, Tim has recently been chosen to be on the board of regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA). Tim was selected for this honor for his experience and knowledge in trucking accident litigation. Tim is an Executive Board member of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice.
