Maggie Shipe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maggie started their career in 2011 as a Sales Representative at Constantine Wines. In the following years, Maggie worked as a Tasting Room Associate at Basignani Winery and Duchman Family Winery.

Maggie then transitioned to roles in online merchandising and e-commerce, working as an Online Merchandising Associate at RetailMeNot in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Beverage Sales Manager at Harris Teeter.

In 2016, Maggie joined the University of Virginia Darden School of Business as a Communications Department Research Specialist. Following that, they worked at Michael Shaps Winery in 2017 as a Tasting Room, Bottling, and Cellar Hand.

From 2012 to 2021, Maggie held the position of a Pet Care Professional at Napa Pet Care & Rover. Their most recent role is with TriSMART Solar, where they started in 2020 as an Office Manager.

Finally, in 2022, Maggie started a new role as an Energy Consultant at VITL Power.

Throughout their career, Maggie has gained experience in sales, customer service, office management, research, and various aspects of the wine industry.

Maggie Shipe attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Afterward, they pursued further education at Piedmont Virginia Community College, studying Viticulture, Enology, and Craft Brewing from 2010 to 2017. In 2012, they also attended Washington Wine Academy to study Wine and Spirits for a year.
