Aji Fatah Hidayat, CHCM, currently serves as a Learning and Development Specialist at Triputra Group since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing core competencies using Bloom's Taxonomy and conducting training needs analyses for multiple departments. Prior experience includes a role in Network Development at PT Astra International Tbk, facilitating network standardization across over 235 branches, and participating in various leadership and mentoring initiatives within the FMCG sector. Aji also held significant positions in student organizations, including project management roles and event organization at President University, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
