Olga Bortnikova has a diverse work experience. Olga is currently the CEO and Founder of Tripsider, an algorithm-based platform that matches travel groups based on their values. Olga has also been an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council since 2021. Prior to this, they founded YouTravel.me, a profitable travel startup that achieved 3.5 million USD in annual revenue. Olga has also worked as the Chief Executive Director of RTEDC, a Congress & Exhibition operator, where they organized high-level business and social events. Olga's experience includes working as a PR Manager at AGT Communications Group, where they implemented strategic communications campaigns, and as the Producer of Global Music Fest, where they managed the organizational committee and project implementation. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director of the Siberian festival "Full Fashion Week" and held the position of Local Committee Vice-President Finance at AIESEC, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis.

Olga Bortnikova completed their undergraduate studies at Siberian Transport University from 2007 to 2012. During this period, they obtained a specialist degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued further education at Siberian Transport University and obtained another specialist degree, this time in Law.
