Ivan Bortnikov

Ivan Bortnikov has a diverse range of work experience. Ivan started their career in 2010 as a Vice-president for Communication at AIESEC, where they were responsible for managing advertising campaigns, internal information flows, and internet resources. Ivan successfully positioned AIESEC NSTU in the global AIESEC network and established partnerships with universities in Novosibirsk.

In 2011, Ivan worked as a Brand & Social media manager at AIESEC, focusing on education and support of organization members in brand policy. Ivan also developed marketing materials and improved the organization's presence in social networks.

In 2012, Ivan took on the role of Team Leader for Informational Management at AIESEC International Congress 2012. Ivan managed media channels, developed corporate identity and marketing materials, organized merchandising, and coordinated photo and video shoots for the conference.

In 2013, Ivan joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Management Trainee, where they received induction training on the company's culture, strategy, and structure. Ivan then worked as a Junior Key Account Manager, responsible for national chains and petrol stations until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Ivan worked at Chipita S.A as a Key Account Manager, and later as a Senior Key Account Manager, managing key accounts and maintaining customer relationships.

In 2018, Ivan became the CCO & Co-founder of Tripsider, a marketplace for multi-day tours. Ivan co-founded the platform and oversaw its growth, offering thousands of adventures from various organizers worldwide.

In 2023, Ivan co-founded the Founders Running Club, fostering a community of entrepreneur runners and promoting physical health and professional growth. Ivan led weekly runs and organized the club's participation in the Bay to Breakers race in San Francisco.

Ivan Bortnikov pursued their education at Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (NSUEM) from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Management. In addition to their formal education, Ivan also received various certifications. Ivan completed the Finance Fundamentals Program at Altitude in March 2023. In December 2021, they successfully passed the Product Management Skills Test offered by GoPractice, Inc. In December 2020, Ivan completed the 500Georgia - Foundations Bootcamp conducted by 500 Startups. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in Time Management from City Business School in October 2020.
