Stephanie Nale

Manager, Customer Onboarding & Training at Tripleseat Software

Stephanie Nale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephanie started their career as a Senior Massage Therapist at The Spa Room in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Stephanie then joined Great Shoals Winery LLC as a Business Operations Manager and Event Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they served as the General Manager at Denizens Brewing Co from 2015 to 2018. Stephanie then explored the field of events management and worked as the Lead US Event Director at Claire Duran Weddings & Events for six months in 2019. Stephanie joined District Winery as the Bar Manager from 2018 to 2019 and later transitioned into the role of Event Manager from 2019 to 2020. Stephanie then worked as the Director of Event Operations at First Batch Hospitality from 2020 to 2021. Stephanie also held the same position at District Winery during this period. In 2021, they became a Sales & Account Executive at Dan Goldman Events until the end of the year. Stephanie worked as an Event Designer at Biscuits and Berries Catering briefly in 2022 before joining Enjoué Studio Design & Decor as their Lead Planner. Stephanie is currently employed at Tripleseat as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and has recently taken on the role of Lead Onboarding Specialist. Overall, Stephanie Nale has developed a range of skills and expertise in event planning, operations management, sales, and customer onboarding throughout their career.

Stephanie Nale completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from The University of the Arts, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in WSET L2 Wine from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust in December 2021.
