Rose Hallowell has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Rose started their career in 2009 as an Office Assistant and Swim Instructor at Pediatric Rehabilitation of North Jersey. In 2010, they worked as a Pre-school/Kindergarten Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience, where they prepared and taught daily lesson plans.
From 2011 to 2014, Rose worked as a Senior Child Care Worker at Walker Home and School, where they executed the daily operations of a residential unit and utilized Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Research Analyst at the MA Department of Corrections, compiling statistics on recidivism rates and managing data inquiries.
From 2014 to 2015, Rose was a Behavior Therapist at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting, engaging children with Autism through play and educating caregivers. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Astor Services for Children & Families, coordinating services for elementary school students and executing therapy groups.
In 2017, Rose joined UP Education Network as a Manager of Behavior Supports, where they trained school staff, supported crisis situations, and liaised between families and providers. Simultaneously, they worked as a Nanny/Assistant for the Feldman Family, creating and executing a seamless daily routine and providing executive support to working parents.
In 2021, Rose became a Bakery Assistant at YumBunnies Cakery, where they generated and tracked customer invoices, provided customer service, and maintained attention to detail. Currently, in 2022, they are an Office Operations Coordinator at Tripleseat.
From 2009 to 2014, Rose Hallowell attended Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.
