Katlin Massie started their work experience as an intern at the University of Pikeville in 2013. In 2014, they became the Operations Manager at Pikeville Historic Mansion. In 2015, they joined Enterprise as an Assistant Manager and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Executive at RentPath. In 2020, they joined Toast as an Account Executive and stayed with the company until 2021. Katlin then transitioned to a Regional Sales Manager role at Tripleseat before becoming a Sales Manager for National Accounts at the same company.

Katlin Massie attended the University of Pikeville from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General.
