Previously, Jay held the position of Executive Vice President and GM of Payments at ProfitSolv from 2021 to 2024, overseeing the embedded finance line of business and driving payments revenue growth. Jay's extensive background includes key leadership roles at Fiserv and First Data Corporation, focusing on merchant solutions, security, fraud detection, and strategic direction. Early career experiences include significant positions at BluePay Processing, Valkre Solutions, Tribune Company, Motorola, Millicom, and A.T. Kearney. Jay holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
