Joseph Pelaez is a Technical Service Engineer at Tripleplay Services since November 2016, specializing in digital IPTV, signage, content streaming, multicast, Linux administration, and networking. Previously, Joseph held various roles at Hunter - CUNY from 2002 to 2015, including Manager, where responsibilities encompassed implementing video conferencing solutions, developing a high-volume video streaming platform, and supporting distance learning initiatives with web collaboration tools. In addition, Joseph produced numerous video productions, directed and edited content, and provided training on video conferencing technologies. Joseph also has an Associate's degree in Computer Network Operations from Katherine Gibbs, earned between 2003 and 2005.
