Minas Dioletis has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Minas started their career in 2015 as a Salesman at Praktiker. From there, they moved on to Plaisio - Πλαίσιο, where they worked as a Sales Representative from July 2016 to September 2018 and later became the Head of Department from September 2018 to February 2019. In 2019, Minas worked as a Junior Front End Developer at SingularLogic. Minas then joined Triparound in January 2020 as a Frontend Engineer, focusing on Angular development. Most recently, in March 2021, they started working at "Athena"​ Research and Innovation Center as a Front End Lead, where they developed a web app from scratch using Angular and NodeJS for research purposes. Minas'srole involved exploring public GitHub repositories for passwords and secrets.

Minas Dioletis holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration, Analytics and Information Systems from the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. Minas completed this program from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to their master's degree, Minas Dioletis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus, Department of Informatics. Minas completed this program from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Minas Dioletis has also obtained several certifications. Minas received a certification in Angular and RxJs 6 from Udemy in April 2019. Minas also obtained a certification in ECDL CORE from ECDL Foundation in January 2010, and a certification in JavaScript from TestDome in March 2019.
