Jia Cao is an experienced User Experience Designer currently employed at TripArc since June 2023. Previously, Jia led a team of engineers and designers at Happin from November 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included crafting product roadmaps and coordinating product launches. At Provalue Group Inc., from January 2019 to November 2019, Jia designed a job-seeking application with over 50,000 installs and a 4.7-star rating. Prior roles involved UI/UX design at NGEN Communications and a web design co-op at Urbacon, focusing on user-centered design and website development. Jia holds a Master of Information in Human Centered Data Science and User Experience Design from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Interaction Design from Sheridan College, among other qualifications.
