Shweta Murgai has extensive experience in customer relations and project management, currently serving in multiple roles at Tripaneer, including Customer Relations and Projects, Supply Head, Website Manager, and Account Manager since April 2014. Prior to Tripaneer, Shweta held the position of SRM - Projects at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included managing project processes and implementing best practices. At CSC, Shweta led a global team of over 200 members and managed service level agreements for major clients, ensuring timely incident resolution and conducting root cause analyses. Earlier experience includes a role as CCS and Team Lead at IBM Daksh. Shweta holds a B.Sc. in Statistics from Delhi University.
