Lindsay Geier (Í¿æÃ) currently serves as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Senior Program Manager at Tripadvisor since September 2022 and holds the position of President at Also-Known-As, Inc., an adoptee-led non-profit organization, since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Lindsay was a member of the Board of Directors at The Est¨¦e Lauder Companies Inc. from September 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing Global Brands and Functions Inclusion, Diversity and Equity initiatives and serving as Key Account Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications from St. Lawrence University and another Bachelor of Science from the Austro-American Institute of Education.
