Kim Hemmert is a seasoned professional in global compensation, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation at Tripadvisor since March 2016, with previous roles including Director and Associate Director of Compensation. Prior to Tripadvisor, Kim worked at State Street as a Compensation Consultant from August 2012 to March 2016 and held the position of Compensation Manager at Fidelity Investments from January 2010 to August 2012. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which was obtained between 1994 and 1998.
