Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Telšių Vincento Borisevičiaus Gimnazija between 1995 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, David obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2018.
