Marty Everitt is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in facilities management across various sectors. Since October 2010, Marty has managed a team of 22 Building Operators at Triovest, overseeing the maintenance of 15 office buildings, two multi-use properties, and 13 industrial buildings. Previously, Marty served as Chief Engineer at Delta Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included leading the engineering team during a significant hotel renovation, and held similar positions at Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites, managing maintenance for a large hotel complex. Earlier experience includes serving as Maintenance Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where Marty was responsible for equipment setup and maintenance across multiple retail locations. Marty holds a Certified Engineering Operations Executive designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Society and multiple relevant technical certifications from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
