Heather Randall is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Trintech since August 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at DIRECTV, including Vice President of Legal from 2021 to 2023, and served at AT&T from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included Assistant Vice President - Senior Legal Counsel for both Mobility and Entertainment and Litigation. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Trinity Industries, Inc., from 2005 to 2016, where roles encompassed Vice President of Legal Affairs, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Counsel for TrinityRail. Heather began their career as an Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP, from 1999 to 2005. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
