Akosua Quartey, FCA, serves as the Finance Director at Trint since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading finance operations, board reporting, investor relations, and managing the EMI scheme and R&D tax claims. Previously, Akosua held the position of Financial Controller at GSMA from August 2015 to February 2020, overseeing a large team and managing annual group audits. Additional roles include Financial Project Accountant at Pearson plc and Group Financial Accountant/Controller at PEER GROUP PLC, focusing on audit management and financial reporting. Earlier career experience includes training as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Sayer Vincent specializing in the not-for-profit sector. Akosua holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management and Mathematics from The University of Sheffield and is a qualified FCA through ICAEW.
