Sean Elverd is an experienced professional in technical sales and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Sales Manager at Trinseo since July 2020, where responsibilities include leading plant operations and managing production processes. Previously, Sean held various roles at Wacker Chemie from June 2017 to July 2020, including Senior Plant Engineer, where significant improvements in site reliability and manufacturing processes were achieved. Prior experience also includes roles at Shaw Industries and Knoxville Utilities Board, where management of capital projects and engineering tasks contributed to operational performance enhancements. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
