Maria van der Linde is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Benelux, Nordic, and the UK at Trinseo since July 2016, Maria specializes in advising clients on labor relations, HR processes, and strategic staffing plans. Prior to this role, Maria held various HR leadership positions at Eastman Chemical Company from July 1998 to June 2016, including Talent Development Manager for the EMEA region and Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA, where responsibilities included talent management and recruitment strategies. Maria's earlier experience includes serving as Personnel Manager at Schlumberger from September 1988 to June 1998. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and further education from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
