David Zhengjun Zhu serves as the EMEA/NAA BD Leader and Global Battery Technology Leader at Trinseo since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Global Battery Binder Technology team and the business development team in the EMEA and NAA regions. Prior to this role, David held several positions at Trinseo, including Global Battery Business Manager and Li-ion Battery Project Manager from July 2013 to July 2021, focusing on Li-ion battery binder applications and market development. David's earlier experiences include a role as a Technical Sales Representative and as a Technical Service & Development Engineer in Emulsion Polymer, where efforts were directed towards sales, technical development, and application development for battery and specialty paper applications. David earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Abo Akademi University and another Master's degree in Specialty Paper from South China University of Technology.
