Kardelen Afrodit Adsal is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental biotechnology and sustainable energy management. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Trinomics since February 2023, Kardelen has previously held positions as a Business Development Manager at RVM Systems Türkiye and as a Sustainability Consultant at Systemair Türkiye. Kardelen co-founded Biotech ARGE Hizmetleri A.Ş. and contributed as a Key Expert in the TUDIS Project with io Environmental Solutions. A Project Engineer at Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy, Kardelen worked on various renewable energy projects and has also held roles in biogas technology and sales across different organizations. Kardelen obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Biotechnology from Istanbul Technical University and a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Planning and Management from Aalborg University, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy Systems Engineering from Bahcesehir University.
