Marek R. Rombel serves as the Managing Director of Strategic Advisory at Trinity Life Sciences, leveraging over 25 years of experience as a senior commercial leader within the life sciences industry to support and lead projects for European clients, including large pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and startups. Previously, Rombel held multiple senior leadership roles at Takeda from September 2012 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global and regional franchise strategies for several high-revenue brands. During a tenure at Shire, Rombel focused on portfolio strategy and channel management within the Rare Hematology Franchise, while earlier experience at Eli Lilly and Company included roles in new product planning, brand management, and various global and regional commercial functions. Rombel holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Binghamton University.
