Paul Greywall

MD, Corporate Development at Trinity Consultants

Paul Greywall, PE, is Director of Trinity Consultants, and president of Trinity Consultants of North Carolina, PC, a subsidiary of Trinity Consultants that offers engineering services in North Carolina. Paul assists key clients in executing their strategic environmental plans by providing and coordinating resources across Trinity’s offices and service areas. He manages complex air and water permitting projects, environmental compliance audits, risk analyses, and ambient dispersion modeling studies. He is a frequent instructor of educational courses focused on federal air quality regulations.

During his 18 years with Trinity, Paul has served as a consultant and senior consultant in the Dallas office, project manager in the Raleigh office, principal consultant and office manager in the Charlotte office, and director at the corporate level. His regulatory experience includes Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and minor (state) New Source Review (NSR), nonattainment new source review (NNSR), federal operating permits (Title V), Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) compliance, state and federal environmental reporting, environmental health and safety (EH&S) auditing, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) / Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development. He has been involved in the preparation of air permit applications in all 10 U.S. EPA regions and 30 states.

Paul received a B.S. in Pre-Medical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from The Wichita State University. He also holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a M.B.A. from Duke University. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Louisiana, Illinois, New York, and Texas, a member of the Air & Waste Management Association, and a former Director of the South Atlantic States Section of that organization.
