Lauren Bedal serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Trinity Trailer Mfg., Inc. since October 2020, with a progressive career in human resources and administrative roles. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Chapter Development Consultant at Tri Delta, focusing on operational growth and educational programming for collegiate chapters. Lauren's experience also includes roles such as Assistant to the Director of Human Resources and Operations at the University of Oregon's American English Institute and various leadership positions within the department. Additional roles include a Research Assistant at the Developmental Sociobiology Lab and a Human Resources Intern at Idaho Youth Ranch. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a miniMBA from Miami University's Farmer School of Business.
