Rachael Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Trinity Surfaces since February 2023, Rachael previously held the role of Head of Purchasing & DiBa/Compliance at ETRO SpA from January 1998 to June 2022. Key accomplishments at ETRO include creating ad-hoc reporting for the purchasing function, managing substantial team growth, and leading initiatives for regulatory compliance and supply chain management projects. Rachael also introduced corporate technical requirements for fabrics and implemented formal job orders to enhance R&D spending visibility. Earlier experience includes serving as Responsabile Produzione at ETRO, where Rachael established the first corporate reporting for the Finished Product Division and developed the Collection Budget. Rachael's career began at Prada from 1994 to 1998 in the role of Coordinamento Collezioni.
