Richard Pypec has extensive work experience in various management roles. Richard started their career at Standex-Meder Electronics in 2008 as an Operations Manager, where they successfully managed operations for a period of seven years. In 2016, they joined Trinity Solar as the General Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and reporting key results to corporate officers. Later on, they assumed the role of Regional Vice President, overseeing operations in Wareham and Rhode Island.

Richard Pypec earned a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a focus on Technology Leadership and Management from Roger Williams University, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Electronics System Engineering Technology at the New England Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard also obtained a certification in "Creating a Respectful Remote Workplace: Managers" from Traliant in 2023.
