Chris Grassi has had a diverse range of work experiences. Chris began their career as an Organizational Development Training Manager at FactSet, where they launched and expanded a soft skills training program. Chris then worked at Competitive Computing (C2) as a Senior QA Analyst, where they performed complex testing tasks and collaborated closely with project managers and development leads. Chris also worked at Trinity Solar as the Manager of Corporate Training, where they conducted needs assessments and overhauled sales training programs. Additionally, they served as the Head Lacrosse Coach at Pomperaug High School. Overall, Chris has a strong background in training and development, with experience in program implementation, needs assessment, and training resource development.

Chris Grassi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College between 1995 and 1999.
