Ray Carmody has over 30 years of executive experience in various government departments within the State of Illinois. With a background in Developmental Disabilities and Medicaid agencies, Ray has held statewide positions focused on community services management and the implementation of significant initiatives like OBRA 89. Currently serving as the Director of Administrative Operations at Trinity Services Inc., Ray continues to bring their expertise and leadership to the organization. Ray holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.
