Darren Masengill has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the Sr. IT Service Director at Trinity Industries, Inc. since January 2014, where the primary focus has been on establishing an internal Help Desk to support over 3000 customers, alongside the development of various performance metrics. Previously, at Homeward Residential, Inc., from December 2009 to November 2013, Darren implemented a significant cost-saving initiative by creating a hybrid service desk model and deployed an automated password reset application. Prior to this role, Darren worked at PFSweb from January 2007 to November 2009, managing a corporate Service Desk while ensuring support for 1300 users worldwide.
