Stephen Molineaux has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer/Owner at Trinity Hospice Care of Georgia since September 2020. Stephen also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer/Owner at MedEdPrep since January 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Stephen worked as the Director of Strategic Relationships and Programs at Agape Hospice Care Atlanta from June 2019 to September 2020. During their tenure, they developed and implemented innovative programs for patients with complex diseases and played a key role in the development of a Home Ventilator Release program.

Stephen also served as an Executive Director at Compassus from August 2018 to June 2019, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills. Before that, they served as an ICU Nurse in the United States Army Reserve for 8 years, from March 2011 to March 2019. Stephen gained expertise in various nursing assessments, patient care, and medical procedures during this time.

Furthermore, Stephen worked as the Halcyon Hospice Inpatient Unit and Home Team Executive Director and Hospice Administrator at LHC Group from November 2016 to August 2018. Stephen also held the position of ALZ and Dementia Facility Hospice Supervisor (LPN) at Journey Hospice from October 2010 to May 2016.

Stephen has additional experience as an LPN in ICU/ER/MED/SURG at Cartersville Medical Ctr from September 2007 to October 2010. Stephen began their career as a Weekend Charge Nurse (LPN) at Prison Health Services from September 2006 to September 2007.

Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Practical Nursing from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2005-2006. In 2019-2020, Stephen attended Faithful Guardian Training Center to study Paramedic. Additionally, Stephen holds various certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), CPR, Licensed Practical Nurse, National Registered Paramedic (NRP), and numerous others.
