Shana Lewis, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development Programs at Trinity Health since June 2019, where leadership encompasses talent and workforce development strategies across Michigan, Georgia, and Florida. Prior roles include Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Mercy Health, where notable achievements included the recognition of Mercy Health as Partner of the Year by West MI Works! and the registration of the first national Medical Assistance Apprenticeship. Shana's experience extends to Director of Employment, Inclusion & Diversity at Hope Network, Manager of Staffing and Partner Relations at CSI Professional Services, Corporate Recruiter at Compuware Corporation, and Senior Staffing Manager at MRI Lansing. Shana is a graduate of Michigan State University and Cornerstone University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
