Mary Beth Pace is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in care management. Currently serving as Vice President of Care Management at Trinity Health since July 2010, Mary Beth oversees all aspects of care management, including population health initiatives. Previously, Mary Beth held the position of Regional Director at Henry Ford Health System, where a regional approach to hospital case management was developed, enhancing patient transitions and equipping teams with necessary tools. As Director of Care Management at St John Macomb Hospital, Mary Beth successfully transformed the department into a comprehensive care management model and acted as a beta site for a new software program. Mary Beth Pace holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University.
