Joyce Young serves as Vice President System Nursing at Trinity Health since July 2019, overseeing one of the largest Catholic healthcare systems in the United States, which operates 92 hospitals and multiple care facilities across 22 states. Concurrently, Joyce holds the position of Regional Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where responsibilities include directing healthcare operations and strategies across five hospitals in Southeast Michigan. With over two decades of healthcare leadership experience, previous roles include Vice President and CNO at both St Joseph Mercy Health System and Henry Ford Health System, as well as Vice President Operations and CNO at BCHS/Trinity Health. Joyce holds a PhD in Health Systems Management from Capella University.
