Deb Solomon, MS, CLRP, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Trinity Health since March 2022. Prior to this role, Deb held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare from November 2021 to March 2022, and previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trinity Health from October 2017 to November 2021. Deb's extensive experience in human resources also includes a tenure as Chief Human Resource Officer at Trinity Health At Home from 1999 to October 2017. Academically, Deb possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University, as well as certification as a Certified Labor Relations Professional from Michigan State University.
