Matt Spears is an experienced leader in church and community engagement, currently serving as the Executive Director of TFAC since March 2020, where the focus is on fostering healthy churches. As a Co-Founder of LiveWell Counseling since January 2019, Matt aims to promote holistic well-being across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Previously, Matt held multiple leadership roles at Trinity Fellowship, including Executive Pastor and College Pastor, extending back to January 2003, and served as Youth Pastor at Shady Grove Church from February 1999 to December 2002. Matt's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the ownership of Spears Landscape Management from April 1995 to February 2001.
