Graeme Murdock is Associate Professor in European History in the School of Histories and Humanities. Educated at Oxford, he taught at the University of Birmingham before moving to Trinity. He was elected to fellowship of the College in 2012. He was Director of Trinity’s Centre for European Studies between 2014 and 2017. He researches the history of religion during the early modern period, focusing on French-speaking communities and also on religious life in Hungary. His most recent book is an edited collection of essays, Cultures of Calvinism in Early Modern Europe (Oxford University Press, 2019).
